I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and to not have this promptly remedied is unacceptable. To date, I am seeking to have the 3 tickets I purchased over my threshold for 2021-2022 restored to my account. I provided proof for each of my claims to Mr. In my case, I was simply prompted to pay my renewal costs.I thought that it might be a technical error as when I signed in to the website versus signing in on the iPic app, my ticket count was (and still is) inaccurate.

I reviewed iPics policy and it outlines that tickets are meant to be kept from they day they are reachedit is only if you do not meet the threshold by the renewal date that you lose your ticket count. On July 16, 2022, my account had been reset to 0 and only showed as Platinum. Before my renewal, my membership upgraded to Platinum Elite and I had 3 tickets already counted toward my 2022-2023 membership (where my minimum ticket count is 50 tickets). I was a Platinum member at the time and purchased 28 tickets by my July 2022 renewal date. I met my membership ticket threshold for 2021-2022. Service and quality of food has really gone downhill.I spoke with the ************* Manager about my membership tickets. I have been to this location many a number of times in the past 6 years and always had great service. until today late afternoon / early evening (3:30pm showtime). We were the first ones in the theaters (group of 4) 15 minutes before showtime. Previews started at 3:30 and i had to press both sets of call buttons and go out to find out when we would get a server. Finally showed up and we were first to order in the theater. Placed the order then had to ask and go grab pillows and blankets myself. We get our drinks and popcorn (one drink was wrong which was quickly fixed) and time goes on and on with no food in sight.

Waiter came out after movie started to apologize because the kitchen just told him they just ran out of one of the items we ordered. Patrons next to us (who ordered after us) got their food and still nothing for us for at least another 20 mins. I had to go out and ask some random person behind the bar, they check the kitchen and say the one item was just finishing up (we had 3 items total). I wonder if we would have gotten that 4th item if they would have prepared our order in a timely manner, but i guess we will never know.Įven though we only arrived 15 mins before the showtime and were the first to order, food arrived about 4:30 The food was just ok, not nearly as good as it had been in the past. Perhaps the horrible service played a factor in that but I honestly couldn't tell you.

The waiter did apologize, put blame on the fact that the kitchen got slammed and also said that is no excuse and apologized and offered a free dessert. We took him up on the offer but wished we hadn't. Took two bites and the rest of the giant dessert went to waste because it was not good. Overall, 4 tickets at a total of $100 was extremely steep for this type of service. Very happy we had gift cards to cover the entry but sad a relative spent their money knowing the kind of service we got. The food, another $61, again not worth it.Next time we will go down the road to the 24 screen chain theater and use the concession stand where i will get my own food almost immediately and will have many more options. Very disappointed and will most likely not go back, will also inform anyone I know about the bad service to hopefully spare them the disappointment and help them save their money. I would love to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately i can't. Although the place is very nice and very comfortable it lacks on alot.

First off the service is horrible as a premium seater they don't bring your free popcorn.
